Leveraging superpowers Cloud Relus

" These four words have freely flowed from the mouth of many around me in my first few weeks in Relus Cloud, and since I only discovered a few weeks that "The Cloud" is different from the iCloud behind, it was not too difficult to improve and develop. Every meeting I had, every case study I read, all the videos from "Cloud to Dummies" I saw taught me something completely new, if not varios.Then you remember what I learned in my first few weeks in Relus cloud, it would be fairly simple for me to make a list of a thousand things that I know now that I did not know before the day I started.

You could share definitions of cloud computing and Sumo Logic, talk about the top three components that make up a data center, and explain through Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Cloud Infrastructure as a Service Why Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the leading provider of cloud solutions in the industry. I could recite the names of various AWS services and test how they benefit their users.

What about taking this in a different direction? You could easily talk about Relus Cloud, our superpowers, our values, our mission. I could recite my description of what makes Relus Cloud as if it were talking to a customer. You could go through the story of Cloud Relight and explain why our CEO Mark Metz is definitely smarter than me. These are all the things I learned in my first week, and reviewing it would certainly be a productive use of my time.But, I would go in another direction. Instead of spitting the facts I've noticed in recent weeks, I I want to process what I have learned, beyond what I have been told and what I have read.

What I experienced in my first week of Relus and what these experiences taught me I landed on some important points:

1.The Relus opportunity is crazy: 
In Relus Cloud'm surrounded by people with extremely valuable talents and skills quickly climb the ladder because of their dedication, hard work and excitement. Its success has encouraged me to see a future of possibilities here Relus continuous growth in Relus Cloud.El is absurd. I've never heard of a company under 10 years old that has a staff of people and culture that focuses on ensuring that we are hiring not only the best talent but also value-oriented people who are willing to work for team success. Everyone I spoke to in Relus Cloud are connected by having the same core values and being excited about the direction of this company.

2.Our values inform our decisions: 
During my interview process, I heard all about the values of Relus Cloud. So I kept hearing about them, and what they mean, but during my first week. But there is a big difference in words and action, beliefs and choices. People can believe or agree on many things without aligning their choices with these things. Everyone I've worked on Relus Cloud has our decisions aligned with their values. No matter what the department of individuals working, they all encourage me in my new career and I give tips on how to get tough and see the big picture (win as a team, lose as a team). During sales training, everyone is ready to make comments, but always in a way that motivates me and motivates me while giving me constructive feedback I need (be honest, but not an idiot). And when things change or something unexpected happens, everyone will approach the situation with initiative and positivity (be fast, flexible, resilient). The importance of these values has been proven to me by the way each Relus Cloud team member shows them daily, and I am excited about the opportunities I have to do the same in my speed career here.

 "Things move quickly in Relus Cloud. "→ Quote each and every member of the Relus Cloud team with whom I spoke. I'm learning quickly is that if you do not stay one day, you'll be left behind.
